Hair Prep

• Please ensure your hair is washed and blown out stretched out before your appointment. Please refrain 
  from using products.

• Extensions must be received 3-5 days before your appointment ensuring your name and date of appointment is attached. Failure to do this will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Covid-19

• When arriving to your appointment please ensure you are wearing a mask. I will be able to provide one at an extra charge of £1.50.

• I would also advise you to sanitise your hands upon arrival. I will be wearing a mask and would have sanitised my hands.

• ​The remaining balance is to be paid via bank transfer/PayPal (due to COVID19).

Late Policy & Cancellations

If you are 10 minutes late, you will be charged a £5 late fee. If you are 20 minutes late, you will be charged another £5 late fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

If you cancel your appointment, you will not receive your deposit back.
